Sikhs did not save sanatanis

Lies being taught;-

Many Sikhs today continuously try to draw differences between Sanatan and Sikhism. There is Sanatan phobia among a section of Sikhs. A false narrative is peddled that Sikhs saved the Sanatan Dharma. Nothing can be more further from truth.

Now the truth;-

On February 9th, 2021, Harsimrat Kaur Badal, an Akali Dal leader stated angrily in the Lok Sabha: “It was our Guru Tegh Bahadur who got beheaded to save your Tilak and Juneau.” She conveniently forgets that Pandit Mati dass, Pandit Sati Dass and Pandit Dyala laid down their lives to save Guru Teg Bahadur. Though Guru Teg Bahadur's execution itself did not save any single individual least alone any Sanatani. Forcible conversions continued in Kashmir. The Islamists that you see in Kashmir today are all Sanatanis who converted to Islam under fear of death.

Yograj Singh, the father of ex-cricketer Yuvraj Singh, had while addressing a rally of alleged farmers proudly reiterated the sentiments with similar rue. “Inki aurate take-take ke bhaw bikti thi” (their women were sold for two cents). When their women and daughters were abducted by people like Ahmed Shah Abdali and sold off for a paltry sum, it was we Sikhs who saved them, Singh had said. Not only this narrative is false, He also conveniently forgets that what to say of saving anyone else, they could not save even their own holiest shrine Golden Temple from Ahmed Shah Durrani@Abdali who repeatedly desecrated destroyed Golden Temple as detailed hereunder;-

1. In 1757 Islamic invader Ahmed Shah Abdali invaded Punjab and while in Amritsar, he demolished Golden Temple, destroyed its adjuncts and its holy sarovar filled them with bodies of slaughtered Sikhs and cows. It was Maratha General Pandit Raghunath Rao who defeated Ahmed Shah Abdali near Lahore in 1758 chased Afghans back to Afghanistan and captured Attock, Multan, Ghazi Khan and Peshawar from Ahmed shah Abdali. While returning from campaign, Pandit Raghu Nath Rao visited Amritsar, got Golden Temple rebuilt under his and Malharao Holker’s supervision and also donated 1.25 lakh rupees for construction of Golden Temple.

2. After defeat of Marathas in third battle of Panipat in 1761, Ahmed shah Abdali second time destroyed Golden Temple by blowing it up by Gunpowder in 1762. Then Jassa singh Ahluwalia (descendent of Bhaati Rajput Rao Jaisa of Jaisalmer. Rajputs) rebuilt Golden Temple.

3. When Ahmed shah abdali@Durrani came to know about it he had it again destroyed 3d time in 1764. 

4. Marathas were regrouping to avenge their defeat. In 1770-71, they again came to Punjab with 1 lakh forces. Ahmed shah Abdali ran away to Afghanistan. Marathas chased him to Afghanistan where Ahmed shah Abdali died before marathas could reach him. Due to marathas Golden Temple became safe from further destruction by Islamists, Golden Temple was again re-built 4th time.

People like Harsimrat Kaur Badal and Yograj Singh are either wokes or pimps of wokes whose only purpose is to spread hate by false statements.
