POLITICAL REFLECTIONS ARISING OUT OF MY SOJOURN IN VIENNA.

Views on Religion versus politics;

"Because man has made laws he subsequently comes to think that he exists for the sake of the laws..."

"Anyone who believes that a religious reformation can be achieved through the agency of a political organization shows that he has no idea of the development of religious conceptions and doctrines of faith and how these are given practical effect by the Church.


No man can serve two masters. And I hold that the foundation or overthrow of a religion has far greater consequences than the foundation or overthrow of a State, to say nothing of a Party.


It is no argument to the contrary to say that the attacks were only defensive measures against attacks from the other side.


Undoubtedly there have always been unscrupulous rogues who did not hesitate to degrade religion to the base uses of politics. Nearly always such a people had nothing else in their minds except to make a business of religions and politics. But on the other hand it would be wrong to hold religion itself, or a religious denomination, responsible for a number of rascals who exploit the Church for their own base interests just as they would exploit anything else in which they had a part.


Nothing could be more to the taste of one of these parliamentary loungers and tricksters than to be able to find a scapegoat for his political sharp-practice--after the event, of course. The moment religion or a religious denomination is attacked and made responsible for his personal misdeeds this shrewd fellow will raise a row at once and call the world to witness how justified he was in acting as he did, proclaiming that he and his eloquence alone have saved religion and the Church. The public, which is mostly stupid and has a very short memory, is not capable of recognizing the real instigator of the quarrel in the midst of the turmoil that has been raised. Frequently it does not remember the beginning of the fight and so the rogue gets by with his stunt.


A cunning fellow of that sort is quite well aware that his misdeeds have nothing to do with religion. And so he will laugh up his sleeve all the more heartily when his honest but artless adversary loses the game and, one day losing all faith in humanity, retires from the activities of public life...


But from another viewpoint also it would be wrong to make religion, or the Church as such, responsible for the misdeeds of individuals. If one compares the magnitude of the organization, as it stands visible to every eye, with the average weakness of human nature we shall have to admit that the proportion of good to bad is more favourable here than anywhere else. Among the priests there may, of course, be some who use their sacred calling to further their political ambitions. There are clergy who unfortunately forget that in the political mêlée they ought to be the paladins of the more sublime truths and not the abettors of falsehood and slander. But for each one of these unworthy specimens we can find a thousand or more who fulfil their mission nobly as the trustworthy guardians of souls and who tower above the level of our corrupt epoch, as little islands above the sea swamp.


I cannot condemn the Church as such, and I should feel quite as little justified in doing so if some depraved person in the robe of a priest commits some offence against the moral law. Nor should I for a moment think of blaming the Church if one of its innumerable members betrays and besmirches his compatriots, especially not in epochs when such conduct is quite common. We must not forget, particularly in our day, that for one such Ephialtes (Note 7) there are a thousand whose hearts bleed in sympathy with their people during these years of misfortune and who, together with the best of our nation, yearn for the hour when fortune will smile on us again.

[Note 7. Herodotus (Book VII, 213-218) tells the story of how a Greek traitor, Ephialtes, helped the Persian invaders at the Battle of Thermopylae (480 B.C.) When the Persian King, Xerxes, had begun to despair of being able tobreak through the Greek defence, Ephialtes came to him and, on being promiseda definite payment, told the King of a pathway over the shoulder of the mountainto the Greek end of the Pass. The bargain being clinched, Ephialtes led adetachment of the Persian troops under General Hydarnes over the mountainpathway. Thus taken in the rear, the Greek defenders, under Leonidas, King of Sparta, had to fight in two opposite directions within the narrow pass. Terrible slaughter ensued and Leonidas fell in the thick of the fighting.

The bravery of Leonidas and the treason of Ephialtes impressed Hitler, as it does almost every schoolboy. The incident is referred to again in MEIN KAMPF (Chap. VIII, Vol. I), where Hitler compares the German troops that fell in France and Flanders to the Greeks at Thermopylae, the treachery of Ephialtes being suggested as the prototype of the defeatist policy of the German politicians towards the end of the Great War.]

If it be objected that here we are concerned not with the petty problems of everyday life but principally with fundamental truths and questions of dogma, the only way of answering that objection is to ask a question:

Do you feel that Providence has called you to proclaim the Truth to the world? If so, then go and do it. But you ought to have the courage to do it directly and not use some political party as your mouthpiece; for in this way you shirk your vocation. In the place of something that now exists and is bad put something else that is better and will last into the future.

If you lack the requisite courage or if you yourself do not know clearly what your better substitute ought to be, leave the whole thing alone. But, whatever happens, do not try to reach the goal by the roundabout way of a political party if you are not brave enough to fight with your visor lifted.

Political parties have no right to meddle in religious questions except when these relate to something that is alien to the national well-being and thus calculated to undermine racial customs and morals.

If some ecclesiastical dignitaries should misuse religious ceremonies or religious teaching to injure their own nation their opponents ought never to take the same road and fight them with the same weapons.

To a political leader the religious teachings and practices of his people should be sacred and inviolable. Otherwise he should not be a statesman but a reformer, if he has the necessary qualities for such a mission.

But even though there is much that can really be said against the various religious denominations, political leaders must not forget that the experience of history teaches us that no purely political party in similar circumstances ever succeeded in bringing about a religious reformation. One does not study history for the purpose of forgetting or mistrusting its lessons afterwards, when the time comes to apply these lessons in practice. It would be a mistake to believe that in this particular case things were different, so that the eternal truths of history were no longer applicable. One learns history in order to be able to apply its lessons to the present time and whoever fails to do this cannot pretend to be a political leader. In reality he is quite a superficial person or, as is mostly the case, a conceited simpleton whose good intentions cannot make up for his incompetence in practical affairs.

Austria was then like a piece of ancient mosaic in which the cohesive cement had dried up and become old and friable. As long as such a work of art remains untouched it may hold together and continue to exist; but the moment some blow is struck on it then it breaks up into thousands of fragments. Therefore it was now only a question of when the blow would come.

Because my heart was always with the German Empire and not with the Austrian Monarchy, the hour of Austria's dissolution as a State appeared to me only as the first step towards the emancipation of the German nation.

All these considerations intensified my yearning to depart for that country for which my heart had been secretly longing since the days of my youth.

I hoped that one day I might be able to make my mark as an architect and that I could devote my talents to the service of my country on a large or small scale, according to the will of Fate.

A final reason was that I longed to be among those who lived and worked in that land from which the movement should be launched, the object of which would be the fulfilment of what my heart had always longed for, namely, the union of the country in which I was born with our common fatherland, the German Empire.

There are many who may not understand how such a yearning can be so strong; but I appeal especially to two groups of people. The first includes all those who are still denied the happiness I have spoken of, and the second embraces those who once enjoyed that happiness but had it torn from them by a harsh fate. I turn to all those who have been torn from their motherland and who have to struggle for the preservation of their most sacred patrimony, their native language, persecuted and harried because of their loyalty and love for the homeland, yearning sadly for the hour when they will be allowed to return to the bosom of their father's household. To these I address my words, and I know that they will understand.

Only he who has experienced in his own inner life what it means to be German and yet to be denied the right of belonging to his fatherland can appreciate the profound nostalgia which that enforced exile causes. It is a perpetual heartache, and there is no place for joy and contentment until the doors of paternal home are thrown open and all those through whose veins kindred blood is flowing will find peace and rest in their common REICH.

Vienna was a hard school for me; but it taught me the most profound lessons of my life. I was scarcely more than a boy when I came to live there, and when I left it I had grown to be a man of a grave and pensive nature. In Vienna I acquired the foundations of a WELTANSCHAUUNG in general and developed a faculty for analysing political questions in particular. That WELTANSCHAUUNG and the political ideas then formed have never been abandoned, though they were expanded later on in some directions. It is only now that I can fully appreciate how valuable those years of apprenticeship were for me.

That is why I have given a detailed account of this period. There, in Vienna, stark reality taught me the truths that now form the fundamental principles of the Party which within the course of five years has grown from modest beginnings to a great mass movement. I do not know what my attitude towards Jewry, Social-Democracy, or rather Marxism in general, to the social problem, etc., would be to-day if I had not acquired a stock of personal beliefs at such an early age, by dint of hard study and under the duress of Fate.
For, although the misfortunes of the Fatherland may have stimulated thousands and thousands to ponder over the inner causes of the collapse, that could not lead to such a thorough knowledge and deep insight as a man may develop who has fought a hard struggle for many years so that he might be master of his own fate."

Lies about diamond necklace and Queen Marie Antoinette.


Was "L'affaire du collier de diamant" a Judeo Masonic instigation?    

France was already in a financial crisis due to its participation in American Revolution. Jewish Bankers not only refused to lend money to King but also tightened their hold by refusing to extend time for payments of debt. Freemasons helped in creation of artificial food shortage. These were first two steps in creating conditions ripe for revolution. What remained to be done was to foment large scale public outrage against the King which can help over throw the Monarchy. Thus began a steady stream of destructive propaganda by a series of systematic personal attacks of the vilest and most unscrupulous nature upon any public characters whom the Jacobins thought likely to stand in their way. This process was known as "L'infamie." 

Queen Marie Antoinette herself was one of the chief targets for this typically Jewish form of attack. No lie or abuse was too vile to level at her. More intelligent, alert, and vigorous than the weak and indolent Louis, Marie Antoinette presented a considerable obstacle to the revolution. She had, more-over, received many warnings regarding freemasonry from her sister in Austria; and no doubt was by this time more awake to its significance than when she had written to her sister some years previously:

    "I believe that as far as France is concerned, you worry too much about freemasonry. Here it is far from having the significance that it may have elsewhere in Europe. Here everything is open and one knows all. Then where could the danger be?

    One might well be worried if it were a question of a political secret society. But on the contrary the government lets it spread, and it is only that which it seems, an association the objects of which are union and charity.

    One dines, one sings, one talks, which has given the King occasion to say that people who drink and sing are not suspect of organizing plots. Nor is it a society of atheists, for we are told God is on the lips of all. They are very charitable. They bring up the children of their poor and dead members. They endow their daughters. What harm is there in all that?"

What harm indeed if these blameless pretensions masked no darker designs? Doubtless the agents of Weishaupt and Mendelssohn reported on to them the contents of the Queen's letter; and we can imagine them shaking with laughter, and rubbing their hands in satisfaction; hands that were itching to destroy the very life of France and her Queen; and which at the appropriate hour would give the signal that would convert secret conspiracy into the "massacres of September" and the blood baths of the guillotine.

In order to further the campaign of calumny against the Queen, an elaborate hoax was arranged at the time, when the financiers and grain speculators were deliberately creating conditions of poverty and hunger in Paris.

The Cardinal de Rohan was regarded with displeasure by Queen Marie Antoinette for having spread rumours about the Queen's behaviour to her formidable mother, the Austrian empress Maria Theresa. An unscrupulous person Jeanne de la Motte, having entered court by means of a lover named Rétaux de Villette, persuaded Rohan that she had been received by the Queen and enjoyed her favour.  By way of forged letters, Cardinal Prince de Rohan was induced to meet the supposed Queen about midnight at the Palais Royal. A clever hoax was then played when a prostitute Nicole Lequay d'Oliva was engaged to disguise herself as the Queen and a meeting between prostitute and Rohan took place in August 1784. BY forged letters Rohan was induced to buy a diamond necklace for a Prostitute disguised as Queen. A diamond necklace valued at nearly a quarter of a million was ordered at the Court jewellers in the Queen's name by an agent of the Jacobins. The unfortunate Queen knew nothing of this affair until the jeweller went to queen for payment. The Cardinal never saw the Queen (though he thought he did), never got anything in writing from the Queen (though he thought he did), and the Queen ended up with the bill though she never ordered it. She naturally disclaimed anything to do with the matter, pointing out that she would consider it wrong to order such a thing when France was in so bad a financial way. The printing presses of the Palais Royal, however, turned full blast on to the subject; and every kind of criticism levelled at the Queen.

Marie Antoinette was furious.  Rohan was arrested and taken to the Bastille; on the way he sent home a note ordering the destruction of his correspondence. Jeanne was not arrested until three days later, giving her a chance to destroy her papers. The police arrested the prostitute Nicole Lequay d'Oliva and Rétaux de Villette, who confessed that he had forged the letters given to Rohan in the queen's name, and had imitated her signature. Jeanne de la Motte was condemned to be whipped, branded with a V (for voleuse, "thief") on each shoulder, and sent to life imprisonment in the prostitutes' prison at the Salpêtrière from where she escaped in June of the following year and settled in London. The forger Villette was banished.


The printing presses and pamphleteers from Palais Royal, (meeting place of Freemasons and Jacobins) started a full campaign containing the foulest innuendoes that could be imagined concerning the whole affair. The moving spirit behind the scene was Cagliostro, alias Joseph Balsamo, a Freemason and a Jew from Palermo, a doctor of the cabalistic art, and a member of the Illuminati, into which he was initiated at Frankfurt by Weishaupt in 1774. People (as today) remembered the juicy diamond necklace and not the simple truth of forgery. Angry as they were at food shortages and impending taxations. They were more than ready to blame the queen for the financial wrongdoing. Simple truth lay buried in heaps of false propaganda. Nobody remembered the forgery. They all remembered diamond necklace in times of financial crisis.

When the necklace had finally served its purpose, it was sent over to London, where most of the stones were retained by the Jew Eliason. Attacks of a similar nature were directed against many other decent people, who resisted the influence of the Jacobin clubs. After eight years of this work the process of paralysis by mastery of deception and false publicity was complete.

Who was responsible for French Revolution?

Beginnings of French Revolution. Background to financial crisis;
France was a colonial rival of Britain. It had suffered heavy defeats to the British in the Seven Years War - especially its American theatre, the French-Indian War - only years earlier. France thus wanted to help colonists get independent. The Americans also needed help so they sent Benjamin Franklin to France to form an alliance with France's King Louis XVI. The Lodge Les Neuf Sœurs was a prominent lodge attached to the Grand Orient de France that was particularly influential in organising French support for the American Revolution and later in the intellectual ferment that preceded the French Revolution. Benjamin Franklin was a member of this Lodge when he was serving as liaison in Paris. Benjamin Franklin was received with great Enthusiasm in France. They saw the revolution as an opportunity to strip Britain of their North American possessions in retaliation for France's loss of Canada a decade before. At first France sent agents to observe the war, sent secret supplies like muskets, pistols, ships, drums, food, money, and much more and began preparations for war against Britain in support of the rebels.  When the American army at Saratoga captured the British army in 1777, the France saw their chance to openly declare themselves as allies of the revolutionists. The two countries signed the Treaty of Amity and Commerce and the Treat of Alliance on February 6th, 1778. Now fully committed to the war, France supplied arms, ammunitions, supplies and uniforms. French troops and naval power were also sent to America, reinforcing and protecting Washington’s Continental Army. American General Washington and French General Lafayette got an army ready to attack British General Cornwallis at Yorktown. French Admiral De Grasse blockaded by the York river to the north stopping a British fleet from retrieving Cornwallis. The Americans and French won the battle capturing Cornwallis and thousands of English soldiers thus ending the hostilities. French won the war in favor of America. French became the first country to recognize the Declaration of Independence, signed in 1776. Benjamin Franklin, American General, George Washington and French General, Lafayette who won the war of independence of America and resultantly put France in huge financial debt of Jewish Bankers were all Freemasons.

The Financial Crisis;
France spent 1.3 billion livres to support the Americans directly, in addition to the money it spent fighting Britain on land and sea outside the U.S (wiki) which could be another billion livres. Prior to that French had conducted another costly war The Seven Years War, lasting from 1756 to 1763. That war had cost France 1.8 billion livres. All this money was borrowed as debt from International financiers.

The Debt Trap of International Bankers and financiers;
The Rothschild family descending from Mayer Amschel Rothschild, a court Jew to the Landgraves of Hesse-Kassel, had an established banking business since 1760s which grew exponentially during French revolution. Meyer Amschel Rothschild won the patronage of Crown Prince Wilhelm of Hesse (who had also earlier patronised his father), gaining the title of "Court Factor" in 1769. Rothschild's banking business included several European nobles.

Benjamin Disraeli's in his novel, "Coningsby" (London, 1844) stated that Rothschild was behind and had also financed the revolutions in France the year 1789, 1830, and 1848. Therefore it is understandable that Marx never criticized Rothschild. At the Soviet Communist Party Congress in 1979 Professor Valeri Yemelyanov stated that "the Jewish freemasons pyramid controls 80 per cent of the economy of the capitalist countries and 90-95 per cent of the information media".

"So you see, dear Coningsby, that the world is governed by very different personages to what is imagined by those who are not them- selves behind the scenes," said Sidonia in Benjamin Disraeli's novel, "Coningsby" (London, 1844, p. 233).

Debt, particularly international debt, is the first and overmastering grip. Through power of debt men in high places are suborned, powers and influences are introduced into the body politic. When the debt grip has been firmly established, control of every form of publicity and political activity soon follows, together with a full grip on business including food supply.

By 1780 financial paralysis was firmly established and International Bankers and financiers were in complete control. "They possessed so large a share of the world's gold and silver stocks, that they had most of Europe in their debt, certainly France."

So writes Mr McNair Wilson in his Life of Napoleon, and continues on page 38:
    "A change of a fundamental kind had taken place in the economic structure of Europe whereby the old basis had ceased to be wealth and had become debt. In the old Europe wealth had been measured in lands, crops, herds and minerals; but a new standard had now been introduced, namely, a form of money to which the title 'credit' had been given."

     The debts of the French Kingdom though substantial were by no means insurmountable, except in terms of gold: and had the King's advisers decided to issue money on the security of the lands and real wealth of France, the position could have been fairly easily righted. As it was the situation was firmly gripped by financiers, who imposed the system of international usury. Under such villainy, the bonds of usury grew heavier and more terrible, for debts were in terms of gold or silver, neither of which France produced.

Faced with a financial crisis, the king called an Assembly of Notables in 1787 for the first time in over a century.

Role of Freemasons;
All the major actors in French Revolution of were prominent Freemasons namely; Marquis de La Fayette, Voltaire, Marquis de Condorcet, Mirabeau, Georges Danton, Hébert, Jean Paul Marat, Giacomo Girolamo Casanova and Giuseppe Balsamo. 

The Grand Master of French Freemasons Grand Orient de France from 1771–93, Louis Philippe II, Duke of Orléans himself led from the front. Masonic head Quaters the "Palais Royale" were head quarters of French Revolution, Freemasons, Jacobins and false propaganda.

The False propaganda;

Head quarters of French Freemasonry Palais Royal had its own printing press which churned out pamphlets reporting false, misleading and / or exaggerated information and accusing King and Queen of oppression and extravagancy, opulence thus stirring up public opinion against the monarchy.

Giuseppe Balsamo @ Count Alessandro di Cagliostro, a freemason played major role in false propaganda about Louise XVI and his wife Marie Antoinette.  He was involved in false accusation on Marie Antoinette regarding Diamond Necklace to prove that King and queen were spending hard earned money of peasants on diamonds (extravagancy and opulence)  whereas peasants were poor and had no food. (more on this later).

The Jewish Bankers;
Empty stomachs do not sustain a revolution. Leaders needs to be enriched to be continually involved. Sustained false propaganda needs money. Among the Jewish bankers who helped finance the French Revolution are Daniel Itzig (1722-1799), David Friedlander (1750-1834), Herz Cerfbeer (1730-1793), Benjamin Goldsmid (1755- 1808), Abraham Goldsmid (1756-1810), and Moses Mocatta (1768- 1857), partner the Goldsmid brothers, and uncle of Sir Moses Montefiore (Olivia Marie O'Grady, "The Beasts of the Apocalypse", First Amendment Press, 2001, p. 123). All were connected to the Freemasonry and Illuminati.

Marquis de Mirabeau is known to have been financed by Moses Mendelssohn, head of the Jewish Illuminati. He was not only an early figure-head in French Freemasonry in the respectable years, but introduced Illuminism into France. Moses Mendelssohn is the 'learned Jew' who is quoted as saying that: "Judaism is not a religion. It is a law religionized".

Closing the fist;

International Jewish Bankers and Freemasons created artificial financial crisis. They are also accused of buying and hoarding all the grain, preventing grain laden ships from anchoring at crucial times thereby creating artificial scarcity and raising price. This became catalyst for French revolution. The Bastille storming was planned at and led from “Palais Royal” headquarters of French Masonry in a replica of American Revolution which began with Bostan Tea Party which was planned at and led from “Saint Andrews Freemasons Lodge”, Boston.

When the head of king Louis XVI fell beneath the guillotine, a man leaped onto the scaffold.  He dipped his hand in the monarch’s blood, flung it out over the surrounding throng and cried, “Jacques de Molay, thou are avenged!”

“Jacques de Molay” was Grand master of Knight Templar’s the predecessors of present day Freemasons who on Friday, October thirteenth, 1307 were percuted under orders of then Pope Clement and French King Philippe IV.
